How do I book a free site survey?

Our coordinator notes your requirement and location, and an engineer calls back - usually within 30 minutes during working hours - to fix a survey slot that suits you. The survey is free and you get a written, itemised quotation with no obligation to order.
We cover all of Delhi and NCR - more than 200 localities across Delhi, Gurgaon, Noida, Greater Noida, Ghaziabad and Faridabad. Our engineers run regular routes in most colonies, so surveys are typically same or next day, and existing AMC clients get priority breakdown visits.
For standard home and shop packages, installation usually happens within 1-3 days of approving the quote - often the very next day if the products are in stock. Larger projects (societies, factories, offices with 8+ cameras) are scheduled with a clear timeline in writing.
Yes. We are open all days, 10 AM to 8 PM, and weekend installation slots are available on request. For shops and offices that cannot shut during business hours, we also plan early-morning or after-hours work - just tell us during the survey.

Installation & Setup

How long does a typical 4-camera installation take?
A standard 4-camera HD kit takes about 4-6 hours: camera mounting, cabling along the planned routes, DVR/NVR rack setup, mobile app configuration and a full demo. You can watch live footage on your phone the same evening. Bigger setups are completed in stages with a daily progress update.
Our engineers drill only where needed and keep wiring as concealed or neatly trunked as possible. Cable routes are planned with you before work starts, holes are sealed after dressing, and the site is cleaned up before we leave. Wood and false-ceiling surfaces get extra care.
Yes, we do installation-only jobs for customer-purchased equipment after a quick compatibility check during the survey. Our workmanship - mounting, cabling and configuration - is covered by our service warranty, while the hardware itself follows the seller's or brand's warranty terms.
Yes, mobile setup is part of every installation. We install the brand's free app on your Android or iPhone, pair it with the DVR/NVR, test live view and playback on mobile data (not just WiFi), and show every family member or staff user how to use it.

Pricing, Quotes & Payment

How much does a 4-camera CCTV system cost in Delhi?
A 4-camera HD kit with installation typically lands between Rs 15,500 and Rs 24,500 - that range covers cameras, DVR, HDD, wiring, power supply, installation and mobile setup, and moves with camera resolution (2MP/4MP/5MP), IP vs HD, storage size and cabling length. 4MP IP systems run Rs 23,000 - Rs 32,000. We quote only after a free survey so there are no surprises.
Yes. Every supply and service is billed with a proper GST invoice - useful for input credit if you run a business, and your guarantee document for warranty claims. Brand warranty cards and bills are handed over at installation.
We accept UPI, bank transfer and cash. Cheques are accepted in favour of KAB IT SOLUTION (a Rs 500 charge applies if a cheque bounces). Product orders are confirmed with a reasonable advance; on-site service payments are due on completion of work.
No. The written quotation lists every item - cameras, recorder, HDD, wiring, labour and materials. Anything that can change on site (extra height, concealed routing beyond standard length, special poles) is pointed out during the survey and agreed in writing before work begins.

AMC & After-Sales Service

What is included in a CCTV AMC?
Under an Annual Maintenance Contract we visit on schedule to clean camera lenses and housings, check alignment, verify DVR/NVR health, recording quality and storage, tighten connections and tidy cabling. AMC clients also get priority breakdown support - usually same or next day. We offer non-comprehensive (labour covered) and comprehensive (parts included) plans.
Yes. We regularly take over systems installed by other vendors. A free audit visit checks camera condition, recording quality and cabling; we then quote a practical AMC or a one-time repair-and-restore plan. You get an honest assessment even if the system needs replacement parts.
Phone/WhatsApp troubleshooting starts immediately - many issues (viewing, recording schedules, password, playback) are fixed remotely in minutes. If a site visit is needed, AMC clients are prioritised, typically same or next day across our service routes.
Physical damage, burnt items, water ingress into non-weatherproof units, rodent damage, power surge or lightning damage and tampering are not covered. Cameras, DVRs and other hardware carry the manufacturer's brand warranty; our own workmanship on installation and cabling is guaranteed by us.

Which CCTV brands do you supply and install?
We deal in Hikvision, CP Plus, Dahua and TP-Link among others - all genuine, sealed stock sourced through authorised channels with full brand warranty and GST billing. If you prefer a specific brand or model for compatibility with existing units, tell us during the survey.

Outdoor cameras carry weather ratings (IP66/IP67), stronger housings and often longer night-vision range; indoor models are more discreet and cost less. Main entrances and perimeters get outdoor-rated units, while indoor areas can mix dome and bullet types - we finalise this during the survey.
DVR-based HD kits over coaxial cable are budget-friendly and ideal for homes and small shops. NVR-based IP systems run on network cable (PoE), give higher resolution and scale better for larger premises. We recommend based on your building size, cabling feasibility and picture-quality needs - not on margin.

Mobile Viewing, Storage & Technical

Can I watch my cameras on my phone from anywhere?
Yes. After installation we connect the recorder to your internet and configure the free mobile app, so live view and playback work from anywhere on 4G or WiFi. You can share access with family members or managers, and restrict what each user can see or control.
Storage depends on camera count, resolution and recording mode. As a guide, the surveillance hard disk we recommend holds roughly 2-3 weeks of continuous recording from four 2MP cameras; motion recording stretches this further. We calculate and recommend the right hard disk during the survey so your retention target is met.
Yes. Recording happens on the DVR/NVR hard disk locally, so a broadband outage never stops recording - only remote phone viewing pauses until the internet returns. We can also add a backup power supply (UPS) so the system keeps recording through power cuts.
We do install WiFi cameras, but we honestly recommend wired systems wherever cabling is feasible - wired units do not drop signal, need no battery charging and cost less to maintain. WiFi suits spots where cabling is genuinely impossible, like independent gates or far structures.
